Charming hotel with really good breakfast and a fantastic location near the cathedral. Staff were accommodating. 🏨

Location: the hotel was really close to the monastery which is art museum now, and the church and the centre of the old town. I tried some drinks at pizzeria Le Gainz Bar, located 5 minutes walk away. They gave me neat and spotless room with a very comfortable bed, a bath plus the bedroom...

Nothings.

I loved being there, the place is exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous.

The hotel has a charming medieval architecture that draws you in. The whole vibe of the building really gives you that historical feel, improved with the good breakfast served in the inner courtyard.

The room itself was quite small for the price, and the absence of air conditioning turned it into a sauna during the summer heat. I found the shower situation inconvenient, as there was only a handheld in the bathtub without any proper enclosure or way to hang it up. The lighting was inadequate-only a couple of small lamps to work with, and there were no power outlets near the bed. The restaurant's offerings didn't match the high prices either, with dishes that felt more like assembly than cooking. While it has charm, it does miss the mark in a few areas for the asking price.

The twin tradition room was beautifully designed, but the lack of air-conditioning left it uncomfortably warm during the night. Conveniently located, the hotel had a charming, old-world atmosphere, upgraded with the delicious homemade ice cream served at breakfast. The room was quite small and lighting was inadequate were great. Accessibility to power outlets was limited, made charging devices somewhat inconvenient.
